This thematic programme replaces AENEAS. The thematic programme will be defined within the DCI Development Co-operation Instrument and ENPI see EUROFUNDING sheets) setting out the policy objectives and the funding headings for the programme. This new programme on migration will not cover the pre-accession countries (see EUROFUNDING sheet IPA).
