The Technical Assistance Funds is part of the EIB FEMIP programme to support investment in the Southern Mediterranean countries.
The Support Fund utilises non-repayable aid granted by the European Commission in support of EIB investment activities in the Southern Mediterranean countries, assisting promoters during different stages of the project cycle.
