- Welcomeurope.com is destinated to professionals seeking funds and expertise to build their projects. If you are a representative of a Local Authority, NGO, University, Public Institution, Research Welcomeurope.com is an information service on European funds aimed at professional organizations that search for funds coming from European public institutions in order to finance their projects.

In the Eurofunding database, you will discover all the available funds as set by the European institutions and you will find immediate responses to your financial needs: funds, loans, guarantees, capital risk, prices?
The internet access on European funds regroups the access to the following services:
-An actualized database found in permanence on more than 450 European programs
-A database actualized on a daily basis on all of the published calls for proposals
-A documented database and methodology on all the procedure to follow for the mounting of your project
-An on-line assistance service on the programs and calls
All of the services are proposed along with a series of deepened research tools that will permit one to identify and follow-up certain information. - What are the Eurofunding guides? What do they consist of?
- Welcomeurope has been editing for 8 years now a series of guides, the Eurofunding guides, on European funds. Each guide gives a directory, an analysis and a synthesis in a practical format of all the different European sources of funds.
The Eurofunding guides consists of two parts:
-The part dedicated to European funds with answers to key questions (What fund does it consist of? -May I benefit?- What actions are financed? -How much can I obtain? - Who do I have to contact? -How can I go further? etc?)
-A methodology on the editing of your application forms which answer to the following questions:
How to formalize a project? How to chose the the best fund? How to edit my application? This methodology is accompanied by two types of models and illustrations for each of the key steps of your project. - What does the alert service consist of?
- It consists of an alert system which informs the client of Welcomeurope by email of the funding opportunities or proposed positions of the European Union. Our members receive calls for proposals, calls for tenders or even calls for the expression of interest in the domains of their concern regarding the profile that they determined for themselves.
To whom does this service address to?
The alerts address themselves to all types of organizations that can benefit from European funds. The list is thus long since the European funding programs address themselves to assocations as well as to federations, trade unions, development agencies, consular chambers, local authorities, regional, public and private organizations, research centers, universities, NGOs, enterprises, investment funds and even national public administrations. - What are the options of payment? May one pay at the moment of the receipt of the good?
- Welcomeurope accepts the following modes of payment:
-Credit card: We accept Visa, Mastercard and the Blue Card Welcomeurope has associated itself with Sogenactif of the Group Societe General (SG) in order to assure a service of a secured online payment. All transactions are effectued on the securized service of Sogenactif. For security measures, Welcomeurope does not dispose of any information concerning your banking details on the server itself.
-By bank transfer: You may also pay by a bank transfer. Welcomeurope gives you a bill to communicate to your banking service.
-By check: We accept checks that are sent to us for each order. Foreign checks are equally accepted but we prefer bank transfers for reasons of high costs in banking treatments when foreign checks are concerned.
Important:
1. You are a professional organization, private, associative or a foreign administration: Your order will not be activated or treated until after the receipt of payment.
2. You are a public administration or a French university: You will receive your order before the payment under the guarantee of an administrative due payment. - Do I have to include the VAT in my order?
- The French VAT is 19.6% for electronic services (internet memebership, alert systems). The VAT is 5.5% on the Guides (information editions for certain law and pedogogical purposes).
You must apply the VAT in the following cases:
1. Your organization or society is situated in France.
2. Your organization or society is situated in one of the 25 Member States in the EU and you do not dispose of an intra-communitarian VAT number. A great majority of associations, NGOs, universities and administrations do not have the intra-communitarian VAT number.
You should not apply the VAT in the following cases:
1. Your organization or society is situated in the European Union (with the exception of France) and posesses an intra-communitarian VAT number. Usually SMEs and other private assocations have one.
2 Your organization is located outside of the european Union. - I have a membership for the alerts but I cannot access the internet site, what should I do?
- With your particular membership to the alerts you receive each week details of the calls for proposals on programs of European funds. The summary which is sent to you you, permits you to access to all of the necessary details concerning the calls for the proposals as well as additional key documents.
On the other hand, if you have not subscribed to the internet service of Welcomeurope you cannot have access to:
-the 450 funding programs
-the online assistance
-methodological documents.

- You are currently using a Eurofunding guide, you now wish to complete your monitoring by an active tool for the European funding programs.
1.Choose between one of the two options:
-you may subscribe to the membership of the alerts only. More information on the alert membership.
-you may subscribe to the alerts via the internet access. More information on the membership access to the funds via the internet
2. Use your access codes (I forgot my codes) and access the buying section to select your option. - How may I re-new my membership?
- You will be reminded by email 15 days before the end of your membership. You will be invited to connect to your codes (which will be reminded to you), you could then choose to re-new your memebership.
The renewal may be subscribed to in advance and it will thus take effect at the end of your first membership. If you do not immediately manage the payment you will be invited to do so via an exterior way. - I already have a membership but I with to subscribe several people to the alert systems, is that possible?
- Yes, you can add the emails of other users at the heart of your organization. The prices of these new members will be calculated according to the duration left of your own membership. For example, if you wish to add a person at the end of 7 months, you will only have to pay for the last 5 months of your expiring membership.
The prices range from about 10 Euros for 12 months for each additional email address included. - I want to modify my Eurofunding alerts. How can I do this?
- Log on your Member area. In the left column click on 'Eurofunding Alerts'. On your Eurofunding Alerts page select the categories you need. Then validate.
- What is Portfolio made for?
- Today Eurofunding Database contains more than 450 funds. The number of funds in this Database is continuing to grow. We have introduced Portfolio tool in order to give you the possibility to store here only the funds that interest you.
Each time you log on your Member Area all selected funds in your Portfolio remain there until you decide to remove them. When you browse a particular fund's page in Eurofunding Database you will notice the icon 'Add to my portfolio' on the top of the page. Click on the icon and it will be immediately stored in your Portfolio. - I forgot my Member ID and Password. What should I do?
- Do not worry if you remember the e-mail address you have provided during the registration. Click here I forgot my codes to get your Password and Member ID posted to you by e-mail! If you do not remember the e-mail address you have provided, please, send to us a message by providing the First and Last Name you entered in the Sign-up form!
- I'm a Member of welcomeurope, do I need to log on each time I access Welcomeurope.com?
- If you want to use all of your Membership tools which are accessible only through your Member area, you have to log on each time you visit the site.
- What kind of equipment do I need for using Welcomeurope.com tools?
- No software installation required, our tools are web-based. All you need is a PC running under Windows or Macintosh Operating Systems, connected to the Internet.
